"Campus" naming

Wopara Campus (formerly Wopara University) is an online learning platform. It is not an accredited or degree-granting institution and does not meet the legal definition of a university. The name is used informally to describe an environment for advanced, professional learning.

Reserves are credit, not currency

Reserves are a prepaid credit usable only within Wopara. They are not money, not legal tender, carry no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a product references a reserve-to-dollar figure, it is for display only and does not make reserves redeemable for cash.

Pricing, cashback, and estimates

Prices, reserve costs, and any cashback or value estimates (for example in Wopara Websites) are set by Wopara, may change, and are illustrative. The method used to calculate cashback or build cost is internal and is not a guaranteed valuation.

What each action costs

Wopara products do not quote a price at the moment you generate something. You are shown the full price list once, by your Servant, the first time you open a product, and again whenever a price changes. After that your reserves are spent as you work, and every charge is itemised in Reserves in the nav pill, showing what it was for and what it cost.

You can ask your Servant what anything costs at any time, and it will answer in the unit you actually hold. If you belong to an organization you spend that organization's reserves at the rate they set, never your own money, and your organization's owner can see the same list.

Prices are per successful action. A generation that fails, or that we cannot deliver, is refunded to the wallet it was taken from. Longer or higher-quality video costs more than short or fast video, and picture models differ in price by an order of magnitude, which is why the list is worth reading once.

Currency

All prices across Wopara Group properties are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion and foreign transaction fees at their own rates.

Countdown timers and scarcity

Any countdown timer, limited-spot count, or similar urgency element shown on the site may be for presentation and does not, on its own, constitute a binding deadline or a representation of actual remaining availability.

Domains, hosting, and email

Wopara Webstore domain, hosting, business email, and SSL products are provisioned through third-party registrars and providers and are subject to their terms and to ICANN policy where applicable. Availability shown in search is indicative until an order completes, and some registration and renewal fees are non-refundable.

Third-party and affiliated products

Some products listed on wopara.com (including NairaTraffic, FromSupply, Pautacos, ClubBelong, and DevGameShow) are operated as separate brands or by third parties and run under their own terms and privacy policies. Wopara may earn from partnerships. Your dealings with those products are between you and that operator.

VIP ownership

A member holding $100 worth of reserves may bring people into Wopara on their own onboarding link, and holds ownership in what those people buy: 10% of their reserve purchases, up to the first 1,000 reserves each of them buys. It is credited in reserves after those purchases happen. It is not a security, not a share in Wopara Group, and not a promise of future income, and nothing is paid for recruiting or for recruiting recruiters. Ownership and scholarship credits are granted at our discretion under the conditions stated at the time, and may be withheld or revoked for fraud, self-onboarding, or abuse.

Selling reserves between members

Members may transfer reserves to each other and agree any price, in any currency, settled between themselves. Wopara sets no price for those deals, is not a party to them, holds no money in them, guarantees nothing about them, and takes no share. Rates members agree may be higher or lower than Wopara's own. Wopara buys earned reserves back at the reserve price less a flat 30%.

Statistics

Statistics cited on Wopara pages (for example on AI adoption) are estimates drawn from publicly available research and industry reports, intended to illustrate broad trends rather than precise figures. Sources informing these estimates include reports from McKinsey & Company, the World Economic Forum, Microsoft and LinkedIn, the OECD, Deloitte, PwC, and labour statistics from the ILO and UN.
