Terms of Service

Wopara Group. Last updated 15 July 2026.

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wopara.com and every product, service, app, and site operated by Wopara Group ("Wopara", "we", "us", "our"), together the "Services". This includes Campus (education, people, and community), Media, Navigate (professional services), and Supply (sourcing, supply, and developer tools), plus the shared account, membership, and reserves system that runs across all of them.

By creating a Wopara account, signing in, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Some products have additional, product-specific terms set out below or shown at the point of use. Where a product-specific term conflicts with a general term, the product-specific term applies for that product.

2. Your Wopara account

One Wopara account works across the entire Group. You sign in with Google, and your profile, membership, reserves, and appearance settings follow you between products.

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to hold an account. Some products or purchases may require you to be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details (such as name, username, date of birth, and any verification information) and for keeping your account secure. Do not share your sign-in.
  • A username, once claimed, is unique across Wopara. Certain features may ask you to set a username or complete identity verification (KYC) before they unlock.
  • Accounts are for a single person. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account, and you may not access another person's account without permission.
  • Wopara staff with @wopara.com addresses may hold elevated access for administration, support, and moderation.

3. The Wopara Group of products

Wopara organises its products into sections, currently Campus, Media, Navigate, and Supply. Products are added, renamed, combined, or retired over time, and these Terms are written to extend to new Wopara products as they launch without needing your separate acceptance, unless a product requires it. Current and recent products include Wopara Front Desk, the Classroom, Wopara Network, Wopara P&L, Wopara Dictionary, Wopara Spaceship, Wopara Port (which brings together verifying loved ones, invites and tickets, booking pages, forms, and porting domains, hosting, and email you own), Wopara Museum, Wopara Gallery, Wopara Integrate, Hunter, Desktop, Movie, Titles, Timelines, Games, and the Designer Store, among others.

Some products listed on wopara.com are operated by separate brands or third parties (for example NairaTraffic, FromSupply, Pautacos, ClubBelong, and DevGameShow). Those operate under their own terms, and your dealings with them are between you and that operator.

4. Membership, plans, and reserves

Access to Wopara is tiered. Access is the free tier. Standard, Pro, and Max are paid memberships available on a monthly or yearly basis.

  • Plans grant feature and product access. A plan by itself does not include reserves.
  • Reserves are the credit spent on paid actions across Wopara. You add reserves through a reserves subscription tied to a tier, which tops up your balance each billing cycle, or by buying reserve packs where offered. Reserves subscriptions are stackable: you can hold more than one, and you cancel each individually under Manage Membership in your account settings.
  • Reserves are a prepaid credit for use within Wopara only. They are not money, not legal tender, carry no cash value, are non-transferable except where a feature (such as Family gifting) expressly allows it, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Rollover and expiry of reserves depend on the product and your plan, and are described where the reserves are spent.
  • We may change tiers, prices, reserve rates, what a plan includes, and what an action costs. Changes apply going forward, and where a change affects an existing subscription we give notice before the next renewal.

5. Billing, renewals, and cancellation

Paid memberships, reserves subscriptions, and other paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Checkout happens inline within Wopara.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage Membership in your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, or foreign transaction fees your bank or card issuer applies.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry, downgrade, or suspend access until it is resolved.

6. Trials and refunds

Where a product offers a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel during the trial at no cost. Trial length and any money-back window are shown at checkout for that product. Except where a specific guarantee or applicable law applies, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund covered by a stated guarantee, contact support@wopara.com from your account email within the stated window.

Product-specific terms

7. Wopara Campus and education

The Wopara Campus catalogue (formerly Wopara University) is organised into subject tracks called Standards. Wopara may add, rename, or retire Standards.

  • Wopara Standard grants access to one Major per billing month. Once you begin a Major in a cycle, other Majors lock for the rest of that month; you can switch at the next cycle, and your progress is preserved.
  • Wopara Pro and Max grant broader, simultaneous access to the catalogue and additional benefits shown on the pricing page.
  • Certificates are issued per Major for completing its challenges. Digital certificates are included as described at your tier; a physical, shipped certificate may be available for a fee.
  • Scholarships and referral/affiliate credits, where offered, are granted at our discretion subject to the conditions stated at the time, including any minimum active-subscription period. We may withhold or revoke them in cases of fraud, self-referral, or abuse.
  • Course content is for educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice, and outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.

8. Teaching and contributing on Wopara Network

Through Wopara Network you can contribute teaching content, including applying to teach a Wopara Classroom concept and producing short videos for it at /network/teach. Taking part is a voluntary contributor arrangement. It does not create employment, partnership, or agency between you and Wopara Group.

  • Applying and qualifying. You may apply to teach one or more concepts. Concepts remain open to more than one applicant, so applying does not reserve a concept. To qualify you submit a resume and record the required videos, which are reviewed and graded (including by automated and AI tools). You must score at least 90% to qualify. Where more than one contributor is working on the same concept, it is secured by the first contributor who qualifies; if you qualify for several concepts you may commit to only one, and the others are released. We may reassign, reopen, adjust grades on review, or withdraw a concept that is abandoned, withdrawn, unfilled, or in breach of these Terms.
  • Contributor payout. Payment is made only after you qualify (score at least 90%), the videos are accepted, and our conditions are met, including identity verification and the valid payout details you provide. A maximum of $3.63 USD is paid per accepted video; the amount within that cap depends on the referral arrangement you choose. Payouts are typically made within a few minutes and in any case within 24 hours of your details being provided.
  • Referral reward. Anyone who refers a contributor through their referral link earns an additional $0.36 USD per qualifying referral. A referral is only earned and only becomes payable after the referred contributor has passed the 90% grade and has been paid. Referral rewards are separate from, and paid in addition to, the per-video cap above.
  • Payouts and referral rewards are discretionary, are calculated by Wopara, and may be withheld, reduced, or reversed in cases of fraud, self-referral, duplicate or low-quality submissions, chargebacks, or other abuse. We may change the caps, amounts, qualifying conditions, grading, and payout methods at any time, with changes applying going forward.
  • Ownership of submitted videos. The videos you submit for a concept, and all footage and materials in them, become the property of Wopara Group on submission. You irrevocably assign to Wopara Group all intellectual property rights in each submitted video, worldwide and for the full term of those rights, and waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law. You confirm you hold and have cleared all rights in everything in the video, including any footage of yourself and any third-party material. This lets us edit each video, combine it with segments we produce (such as the intro and outro), publish it, and use it across the Services and our channels.
  • Public audition videos. Submitted videos must be posted publicly on your own channel, titled “Wopara Classroom Audition, [your class]”, show the Wopara logo in the top-right corner, and link wopara.com/classroom in the description. By submitting you agree they may remain public under the Wopara name whether or not you qualify.
  • Your personal copies and takedowns. If you host a submitted video on your own channel, you may ask us in writing at any time to take it down from your personal channel, and we will do so within a reasonable period. Because Wopara owns the video, you must not delete, privatise, unlist beyond our access, or otherwise remove or restrict a submitted video on YouTube or any other host until Wopara has confirmed it holds its own copy. Removing or restricting a submitted video before we hold a copy is a breach of these Terms and may lead to reversal of any payout and referral rewards tied to it. Amounts are stated in USD, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.

9. Wopara Websites

  • Wopara Websites is a done-for-you web build delivered on an annual basis. Pricing, reserves, and any cashback are shown at the point of purchase.
  • Wopara Group retains ownership of the non-client elements it creates, including design, layout, structure, and proprietary code. Assets you supply (logos, brand materials, copy, photography) remain yours.
  • An active subscription grants a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered site. Obtaining a copy of the source code, or exclusive rights to any part of it, is a separate arrangement priced by Wopara on request to support@wopara.com.
  • Any cashback in reserves is calculated by Wopara, may be redeemable only within the Webstore or as stated, and its method is internal and not guaranteed.

10. Webstore, domains, hosting, and email

Domain registration, hosting, business email, and SSL offered through the Wopara Webstore are provisioned through third-party registrars and providers and are subject to their terms and to ICANN policy where applicable. Search results and availability are indicative until an order completes. Registrations, renewals, and transfers are subject to the relevant registry rules, and some fees are non-refundable once a domain is registered or renewed.

11. Wopara Port and user-content products

Wopara Port brings together verifying the people you know, Invites (events and tickets), Meets (booking pages over Google Meet), and Forms. These let you create content, host pages, sell or buy access, book meetings, or interact with other people.

  • You are responsible for the content you create and for your dealings with other users, including any events, bookings, or sales. Wopara provides the tools, not a guarantee of any transaction or outcome between users.
  • Verification and similar safety features are aids, not infallible proof of identity. Use your own judgement.
  • We may remove content or suspend access that breaches these Terms or harms others.

12. Store and physical goods

Physical products, including the Designer Store, are subject to availability, pricing, shipping, and any return policy shown at checkout. Handmade and made-to-order items may vary slightly. Where products use NFC or sync features, those depend on compatible devices and connectivity.

13. AI features

Several Wopara products use artificial intelligence (for example to advise, generate, draft, or summarise). AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and are provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for ensuring your use complies with the law and any third-party rights. Inputs you provide to AI features may be sent to our AI service providers to deliver the feature, as described in the Privacy Policy. Paid AI actions consume reserves.

14. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to: break any law or third-party right; upload malware or attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services; scrape or harvest data without permission; impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; harass, defraud, or harm other users; or use AI features to produce illegal, infringing, or abusive material. We may suspend or remove access for breach.

15. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, text, branding, and content we provide, are owned by Wopara Group or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them as intended while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly allowed.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Wopara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services. You confirm you have the rights to the content you submit. This does not apply to teaching videos submitted through Wopara Network, which you assign to Wopara Group in full as set out in section 8 (Ownership of submitted videos); those videos are owned by Wopara Group and are not covered by the licence in this paragraph.

16. Third-party services and links

We rely on third parties (including Google, Stripe, and AI and infrastructure providers) and may link to external sites and products. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

17. Communications and marketing

We send essential service messages about your account, billing, and security. By providing your email you may also receive marketing and product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying STOP, or by emailing support@wopara.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages.

18. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any result, outcome, or earning will be achieved.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wopara Group and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or reserves. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Wopara Group harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

21. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Some provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity, survive termination.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice through the Services or by email. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Wopara Group's place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
