1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wopara University ("Wopara University"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to course materials based on your plan level. Access is granted to a single user and may not be shared or transferred to others.

Wopara Standard: Access to the first 26 weeks of content (13 topics). Remaining content becomes available in the following academic year.

Wopara Pro: Access to the first 36 weeks of content (18 topics). Content beyond 36 weeks becomes available in the following academic year. Pro members may unlock content beyond their 36-week limit early for $100 per topic (one-time payment per topic, granting instant access).

Admin: Wopara staff with @wopara.com email addresses have unrestricted access to all content for administration purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, documents, and materials, are the intellectual property of Wopara University. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via our Fillout enrollment forms. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the course. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

Pro Upgrade — Partial Refund on Standard Plan: If you upgrade from Wopara Standard to Wopara Pro, you may request a partial refund on your original Standard plan within 30 days of completing the upgrade. To request this, contact our support team with your account email. Partial refund amounts are calculated at our discretion based on the time elapsed since your original Standard enrolment.

Scholarship Programme: Each semester, Wopara offers a limited number of partial scholarships (up to 100 per semester) to applicants who demonstrate genuine need. The scholarship is a fixed amount off the regular tuition for that semester only and does not carry over to future semesters. Scholarship recipients pay the full tuition upfront and the scholarship amount is issued as a refund at the end of the semester, provided the recipient remains actively enrolled. Scholarship awards are granted at Wopara's sole discretion and are non-transferable. To apply, email chim@wopara.com with the subject line "Secret discount."

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Certificate Program

Students who successfully complete the weekly challenges throughout the course are eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion. Students may obtain the certificate for $499 (digital copy) or $799 (physical copy). The certificate documents all challenges passed and skills demonstrated.

8. Content Access & Trial Period

During the first 7 days after enrollment, students will have access to Week 1 content only. After the 7-day introductory period, the full course content becomes available and students may progress at their own pace. This introductory period is designed to ensure students can evaluate the program while engaging meaningfully with the material.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wopara University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.

11. Enrolment Follow-Up Emails

If you begin an enrolment form but do not complete it, you may receive up to three follow-up emails from Wopara University. These emails are sent at approximately 1 hour, 48 hours, and 96 hours after you start the form. Their purpose is to remind you of your enrolment and provide any assistance you may need. No further emails related to your incomplete enrolment will be sent after the third message. To unsubscribe at any time, reply to any follow-up email with the word STOP and you will be automatically removed. You may also email support@wopara.com with "STOP" in the body.

Pro Upgrade Follow-Up Emails: If you begin a Pro upgrade from within your portal but do not complete it, you may receive up to three follow-up emails. These are sent at approximately 1 hour, 48 hours, and 96 hours after you initiate the upgrade. Their purpose is to remind you of your upgrade and provide any assistance you may need. No further emails related to your incomplete upgrade will be sent after the third message. The same unsubscribe process applies — reply STOP to any follow-up email or email support@wopara.com. You will receive a confirmation once unsubscribed.

Early Unlock Follow-Up Emails: If you begin an early topic unlock payment but do not complete it, you may receive up to three follow-up emails. These are sent at approximately 1 hour, 48 hours, and 96 hours after you initiate the unlock. Their purpose is to remind you of your pending unlock and provide any assistance you may need. No further emails related to your incomplete early unlock will be sent after the third message. The same unsubscribe process applies — reply STOP to any follow-up email or email support@wopara.com.
